The business has grown considerably over the last 10 years and we need a more formal selling structure to take us forward to that next stage!

Sally Evans Business Development Manager of Alchemy Cleaning, a commercial cleaning company, had successfully built up the customer base for the business starting from a part-time tele-selling role 14 years ago. She was now managing and implementing all the sales & marketing activities for a £1m turnover company.
 
She was at the point of recruiting her first sales employee when she realised that she would need a more formal structure for the company’s sales and marketing function to support future growth. In addition, she felt that to make the next leap forward in growing the business she herself needed to have clearer plans and goals, to ensure her new tele-seller would win more business.
